The Woodlands Subdivision, Mandeville, LA - North Shore in St. Tammany Parish

Established in 1995, The Woodlands is a private gated, family-oriented 373 home subdivision located in beautiful Mandeville, Louisiana on the north shore across lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans in St. Tammany parish. Our neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, wading pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground area and green spaces.

Our Location

Our main gated entrance is off of Highway 1088 across from Magnolia Trace Elementary School and the rear gate entrance is off of Soult Street near Mandeville Middle School.

Woodlands Neighborhood Garage Sale!

Saturday, April 21

6 am - 2 pm

RAIN or SHINE

Do you have a few (or MANY) things are ready to be "recycled" into someone else's home?

Then we invite you to take advantage of the benefits of our community sale.

What will the Association do?
- provide newspaper advertising
- provide professional advertising signs throughout the community
- open the gates from 6 am - 2 pm

What will residents do?

- set up their driveways / garages with items for sale

- hopefully earn extra cash in time for the holiday season!

Our community sale will be held twice a year (once in October and once in April). This should make hosting a sale in our gated community easier and safer for residents, and more attractive to shoppers. Consolidating some individual sales that take place throughout the year should decrease non-resident traffic and increase our personal security by eliminating the unsafe practice of publicly posting gate codes during individual yard sales.

The Association has heard your ideas, thank you for contributing, you have made it happen! Residents are encouraged (not required) to participate.
